    Our meal prep menus are crafted by Chef Peter, ensuring a delectable variety that evolves from week to week, allowing you to continually discover new and exciting flavors!

    Our menus are published every Monday and we take orders until Fridays midnight.

  • ready to eat

    Individual meals: Our meals come fully prepared! Simply open the edge of the container and warm meal in microwave for 3-5 minutes. Alternatively you can transfer the meal to an oven safe dish and warm in the oven at 350 degrees for 15-25 minutes or until heated through.

    Family meals: Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes or until hot, or portion onto plates and warm in the microwave.

    Sauces: All side sauces must be removed from container prior to cooking.

    Our meals are fully customizable to meet your dieatery needs! We offer low carb, extra protein, keto, dairy free, gluten free, vegetarian and vegan variations of our meals!

  • no subscription required

    Order whenever you like! We understand that your needs may vary from week to week and that’s why there is no subscription required for our meal prep service.

  • delivery

    The meals are delivered on Mondays between 9am and 5pm. We are happy to partner with GopherIt deliveries to deliver our meals! We service Ottawa, Gatineau and surrounding areas!

  • reuse

    We collect and reuse the delivery bags, ice packs and containers! Each week on delivery day, we ask clients to leave out the delivery bags with the ice packs and containers for your delivery driver to collect. All items are disinfected and sterilzed to be reused.
